Perhaps the vitamin combination is to thank, but the restless legs syndrome has vanished, which previously disrupted my sleep. As for wrinkles, I can't comment yet, as I've only been taking it for over two weeks. I plan to try resveratrol next.

Muscle strength increased
Increase in muscle strength has been observed. The elderly often have weak legs and a loss of muscle strength. They seem to feel slightly stronger after taking it. It's an excellent product. I plan to purchase it again.
